Positioned as a ‘smart’ co-working centre in Singapore, the space will feature a robot butler, cardless access with facial recognition technology and digital wayfinding capabilities. Spanning three levels, the space will introduce its first Pay Per Minute (PPM) concept, allowing guests to walk in and enjoy flexible use of spaces and amenities such as the hot-desking area, lounge, seminar rooms, meeting rooms, phone booths and more. In addition, the new centre will also house a café, which will be accessible to both members and the public, encouraging networking opportunities.
