Michael sits on the board of Flexioffices and is involved in strategic decisions driving the growth and development of the company. He has been with Flexioffices since 2004 and held a number of positions in sales and management during his tenure, improving internal processes and mentoring personnel towards excellence. Whilst it could be said he is now part of the furniture, his belief in the key philosophy of the company does not waver: “We are here to help the client find the right office solution – not through a tough sales pitch, but active consultancy”.
A Kent girl, I sought the daily buzz and excitement of London, and so left the fire alarm industry to join Flexioffices in March 2008. Starting as an administrator, I quickly rose to Office Manager – ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office, whilst doing a little bit of everything – marketing, finance and HR to name a few. In 2018, I became Operations Director. In this new role, I manage our relationships with third party service providers, maintain and develop our CRM system and manage the administration department.
With 10+ years at Flexioffices, there’s not much I don’t know about the inner workings of the business! I take pride in my problem solving skills, always improving internal processes to ensure we are doing everything in the most efficient way for both our employees and clients.
Commuting in from Kent, I get to enjoy the best of both worlds – halfway between London and the coast. I have a passion for live music, so not only do I enjoy coming into London to work, but also to socialise and see some of the many bands I love!
Jan was part of the team that brought a European serviced office broker to Asia Pacific and launched their services in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. After four years of growth, the company merged with a bigger broker and Jan was up for a new pioneering challenge, which led him to join Flexioffices, which was about to enter the Asia Pacific market themselves.
Jan brings corporate and start up experience in the areas of management, sales, business development and marketing and has a thorough understanding of and experience in developing business in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his role in the serviced office industry he worked as a business coach and accelerator for several start ups in Australia. Before that, he founded and ran an IT consultancy firm in Europe which was acquired by a global IT company. Jan started his career at Hewlett-Packard Europe as business manager.
He enjoys spending time with his family (his wife and two daughters), reads avidly, enjoys playing music (guitar) and tennis (but never at the same time) and enjoys life in general.
Daniela has joined Flexioffices with an impeccable understanding of the real estate rental industry. Her background is within property management for over 15 years, with a mixture of marketing and retail management.
The industry is evolving into a more dynamic phase of flexible office space, from the traditional long term leasing phase. Daniela's determination within achieving her goals has been in helping others create their own success within building their business. This is achieved by finding the right space to create an efficient and effective way of working towards greatness.

Daniela's passions are photography, travelling, fashion and the beauty industry. Her greatest achievements are her two beautiful children, who inspire Daniela to go for her dreams and show just how simple life can be!
