Our tranquil holistic studio gives members access to over 15 Yoga classes per week, as well as other specialist classes such as Pilates and Group HIIT training. Café within the stunning Melville Building at Royal William Yard is a relaxed cafe, offering two distinct al fresco seating areas, a stylish bar and a comfortable indoor lounge.
