Flexioffices was set up to provide a complete and impartial overview across the whole of the UK serviced office market.
The managing director Paul Slinn is a Chartered Surveyor with over 17 years experience in dealing with office agency and finding solutions to clients office problems.
Since Flexioffices was set up Paul and his team have assisted 1000s of companies to locate office space throughout the UK.
Flexioffices are completely independent and untied to any Serviced Office operator or property company and therefore work solely to find the best fit space solutions for tenants.
Staff Biographies
Paul Slinn
Managing Director
Paul Slinn the Managing Director and founder of Flexioffices has over 17 years of experience in the commercial property market as a Chartered Surveyor dealing with office agency and finding solutions to clients office relocation problems.
After graduating with a degree in Land Management Paul worked within a number of private practices in London before starting Flexioffices in 2000.
Lisa Matten
Lisa is our office manager and also maintains the content of the website, having joined the Flexioffices Team from a long established and successful international transport & logistics company.
Lisa brings much commercial experience gained through her career, her last position being a senior support role to the company MD.
Through her strong and diverse customer service / support background, Lisa is excited at the prospects of her new role and contribution to the company.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys cinema, football and socialising with friends.
Emma Mattin
Emma has joined the Flexioffices team as our administrator. Emma has brought with her a wealth of experience in database maintenance and customer care. Outside of work Emma enjoys shopping, going to the cinema and socialising with her friends.

Michael Dubicki
Sales and Marketing Manager
Michael joined Flexioffices having accumulated a wealth of experience in result-driven customer service, having managed a sizeable Customer Support team in a national company over a period of 3 years prior. In addition to this, a solid background in direct sales and recruitment allows him a varied and all-round approach to the role. “We are here to help the client find the right office solution – not through a tough sales pitch, but active consultancy.” he explains.
Lee Grodent
Senior Sales and Marketing
Lee has been with Flexioffices since September 2005. Previously he has spent 6 years in customer services and the last 3 years as Head of Sales in the retail sector, liasing with corporate accounts to maximize turnover as well as dealing with suppliers to improve the existing relationship. He has a broad knowledge of the property market due to contacts within the industry and believes this will stand him in good stead, which it has within the first year. Outside of work he likes socializing with friends and enjoys playing football and is a passionate follower of 5-time European Champions Liverpool Football Club.
Daniel Hatton
Senior Sales and Marketing
Daniel has previously acquired experience within customer facing sales across a number of quite diverse markets. Having always had an interest in property Daniel looks forward to being part of the growth of Flexioffices. In his spare time he enjoys spending time by the sea, kite surfing.
Matthew Lacey
Sales Manager
Matthew has a strong sales background, most recently as a National Account Manager working with prestigious Blue Chip corporates. Over 4 years in sales, coupled with a varied background in property, means that Matthew is well placed to succeed in finding the right solutions for his clients. Outside of work he has a passion for all types of music and enjoys socialising across London.
Oliver Quigley
Sales Manager
Oliver has come from an outsourced recruitment company where he gained nearly 3 years team management experience working with a number of blue chip companies. He also has a strong sales and account management background with over 2 years experience in the FMCG import and distribution sector. A graduate with an hons degree in Biomedical Sciences Oliver is looking forward to bringing his varied skills together in the serviced office industry. He can be summed up in three words RUGBY! RUGBY! RUGBY!
Kwame Atteen
Kwame has recently graduated from De montfort University where he obtained a marketing and media degree. His previous experience has included working in the fast paced sector of events and conferencing management.
Kwame is an enthusiastic sports fan who has a particular love of football. He also enjoys music from all cultures and backgrounds and never misses a chance to express himself on the mic.
Danny Babington
Before joining Flexioffices Danny worked as an estate agent in Kent. With ambitions to work in London and to be involved in the increasing popularity of the serviced office industry he joined Flexioffices in January 2004. He enjoys travelling and dining out and is a keen sportsman as well as having an honours diploma in Drama.
Jack Leonard
Jack has had four previous years experience in a sales environment including a period at Forsyth Business Centres as their London sales contact. Through this experience he has developed the skills necessary to work quickly and efficently on any office requirements a client may have.
Outside of work, his main passions are film, music and football. He is also a season ticket holder for Wolverhampton Wanderers as well as flying recreationally from a flying club that operates out of Biggin Hill.
Miles Reucroft
Miles is the newest addition to the Flexioffices team. He joined Flexioffices from an advertising role within the world of Formula One. He also brings with him experience of the residential property sector.
Away from work he is a sport enthusiast, a keen supporter of the once/soon-to-be mighty Leeds United and an avid cricket follower. He also keeps a close eye on other sports including Snooker, Rugby, Darts and Motorsport. He is also a music lover and can play the saxophone.
James Woollin
James has come from the world of Telecommunications and Video/Audio Conferencing where he has over 6 years sales experience dealing with FTSE 100 companies as a Strategic Account Manager helping Companies expand their communications into Europe and the United States. James sees himself as a people person who excels at building strong relationships with clients and winning business because of it.
Outside of work James enjoys Football Coaching, watching his football team West Ham United lose (invariably), and playing the guitar (badly).
